It is set to be remixed by Robbie Rivera, esteemed DJ and music producer. While her previous releases lean into bright dance-pop, this one pulls the tempo back and the mood down, built around the pull between wanting to hold on tightly to someone and knowing it's already slipping away.

The single follows a stretch of high-profile live performances. Sanchez has recently played Dallas Pride, DJX in Atlantic City and Swim Week in Miami, with a Malibu mixer, a set at The Abbey and New York Fashion Week still ahead.

"Sky Is Falling" arrives on the back of a run that established Sanchez as a name to watch in dance music.
